Yes! A name, a date, a company name or a slogan is hand-written in gold on the products, and we can also create custom relief designs for you. For wholesale orders we plan this service together with you.

When personalization is added to an in-stock item, your order ships within 3-4 days. For custom relief designs or pieces that need a mould, we plan the timing together based on your request.

To keep the real gold details and your handmade piece beautiful for years, we recommend washing by hand. Because of the gold decoration, our products are not suitable for the microwave. This information is also on every product page.

Yes. We ship worldwide. We pack our products with care and deliver them safely with DHL and other trusted logistics partners.

-Within Türkiye: in-stock items ship the next day, personalized in-stock items within 3-4 days; items made to order are delivered within 14-20 days.

-International: usually 3-7 business days by air express (in addition to production time).

For wholesale and custom production, we confirm the delivery date with you before the order.

Our products are fired three times at high temperatures, a production process that makes them sturdy and long-lasting.
